By downloading, installing, or using the PicToss mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

PicToss is a mobile application designed to help users organize and manage their photo libraries by providing an intuitive swipe-based interface for sorting and deleting photos stored on their devices.

The App operates entirely on your device and does not upload, store, or transmit your photos to external servers.

User Responsibilities

By using PicToss, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of photo organization
• Ensure you have the right to delete any photos you choose to remove
• Back up important photos before using the App
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

Photo Deletion and Data Loss

Important: When you swipe left to delete photos in PicToss, those photos are permanently removed from your device. This action cannot be undone through the App.

• You are solely responsible for backing up important photos
• We recommend reviewing photos carefully before deletion
• PicToss is not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App
• Deleted photos may be recoverable through your device's recently deleted folder, depending on your device settings

Privacy and Data Handling

PicToss processes your photos locally on your device. We do not:

• Upload your photos to our servers
• Store copies of your photos
• Access your photos outside of the App's functionality
• Share your photos with third parties

Intellectual Property

The PicToss App, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by PicToss and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations

PicToss is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• Recovery of accidentally deleted photos
• Protection against data loss

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicToss and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, photos, or other content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

App Store Terms

Your use of PicToss is also subject to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.). In case of conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail.

Termination

You may stop using PicToss at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of PicToss after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
